A detailed and focused survey, customized
to your practice needs and professional growth. The survey is designed
to gather significant information from your past and current patients.
It is created and assembled by PSS, mailed to you to categorize
by certain groups, then mailed to your patients. The patients complete
and return their survey directly to PSS. PSS completes a detailed
collection of data and comments in a full report, which provides
recommended activities – all focused on your short term and
long term goals for your practice!

Recommended Requirements:
We have discovered that our Primary Service is not nearly as beneficial
to newly established Professionals. Accordingly, we recommend that
all three of the below requirements be met prior to conducting your
first PSS Survey.

1) Minimum
age of license to practice: 3 years
(2) Minimum period of time at current location: 2 years
(3) Minimum Survey Base Population: 400
|
|

It should be
noted that these are our recommendations. If you have 2 out of the
3 above recommendations, you will still realize good information
from our survey method. While the decision to conduct a survey is
entirely yours, if you don’t have the Minimum Survey Base
Population, we may have to modify the participation percentages
- which affects the strength of data and comments
|

| Professional
Survey Services
New Patient Survey |
|
|
| |
Focused surveys, created specifically for you and
your practice. They are designed from the base information provided
by you with a concentration in obtaining critical New Patient data.
They are created and assembled by PSS and mailed to your practice.
You mail the survey to new patients over a period of four months.
The new patients complete and return the survey directly to PSS.
PSS evaluates all surveys received at the end of the survey period
and creates a thorough assembly of data and comments in one report.
This helps you attract the right patients for your practice!

(1) Independent
position in your own or another’s practice. |
|

(You must have the ability to modify new
patient procedures. The New Patient Survey is also a strong tool for
newly licensed Doctors who are in positions where they must market
themselves, and their practice, to receive new patients.) |
