            What
              to Expect
              Answers to your specific questions!
You will discover what your patients think about your practice,
You, your examination technique, your office, your staff, your hours
and availability, your location, your parking, the effectiveness
of your patient education program, lay lectures, and other, even
more specifically directed, information. You’ll also find
out if your patients know of all the categories of new patients
you accept! You can also find out about some major or minor changes
you are considering for your practice, such as: adding an Associate,
working more on children, adding (or removing) a service of specialized
eyewear or vision therapy, adding specialists within your staff,
and even information about changing locations or hours.

              You will discover what is
the most important aspect of your practice to your patients! Also,
you will find out what your patients would recommend you change
and what you are doing best. Too many Optometrists see too many
‘one time only’ patients! Our survey is designed to
find out why, and give you specific information to make corrections
to reduce the number of ‘one time only’ patients in
              your practice!

First, we interview you, and take your practice information and
objectives into consideration, then we create a survey for your
specific practice. We provide almost everything! We ship, directly
to you, specific bundles of prepaid postage surveys to be mailed
              from your office. The surveys
              are bundled by group. This
grouping addresses the opinions from many types of patients: best,
              families, inactive, and more.

Your patients send the completed survey directly to us! We compile
the data and all comments, then present to you a detailed report
with volumes of information. You will be able to make decisions
(critical decisions!) that will ensure the continued success and
              growth of your practice.
            Other great effects of
              PSS Surveys:
            Reactivation of patients!
            – The PSS Survey reminds them how well you treated them in the
            past.
            Referrals!
            - When patients see all the
            categories you treat.
            Confidence from your surveyed patients!
            - When they are complimented that you selected them for their opinion!
            Greater appreciation from your patients!
            – When they learn you changed aspects of your practice to meet
their needs! This meets the true definition of Quality!

              Can you accept constructive
              criticism?
            Optometrists are confident
in their ability to provide great vision care to their patients.
Results from the PSS Survey will be honest and sincere input from
your patients. Understanding and accepting their comments is not
always easy. Additionally, you cannot simply conduct the PSS Survey
and have no further contact with your patients concerning the survey!
You must make decisions as a result of the survey information. Your
decision may be to incorporate or not to incorporate change; but,
you must tell your patients you conducted the survey, what was discovered,
and what you are going to do with that information.
            If not…
If you know that you wouldn’t
change any aspect of your practice – regardless of what your
patients might think, say, or do… your PSS Survey results
may be of little value to you.
